Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email contact@castellaines.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Follow the instructions provided, including securing your item in its original packaging.
Returns must be shipped via the DHL label we provide, or via a carrier of your choice.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to swap an item, kindly place a new order and return the original.
