Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. CASTELLAINES is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we work closely with DHL to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or regulatory inspections.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

CASTELLAINES does not collect or control these charges and is unable to estimate their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping fees and associated charges will be deducted from the refund.
